​​motionfiber fiber box 24-way MTP serves as a passive distribution point for fiber optic connections between two or more locations. It provides the user with 48 single-mode or multi-mode fibers. On the front panel, two 24-way connectors ensure simple and reliable connection of the individual nodes.

 

The proven motionfiber "hot patch" system offers maximum flexibility and enables latency-free distribution of all signals between the distribution points. Within the integrated patch panel, MTP connections are converted – similar to a fan-out – into LC-Duplex connections. On the rear side, the breakout is realized via QSEAL 2 chassis connectors, which are fully compatible with LC-Duplex patch cables as well as Neutrik opticalCON DUO. This allows for clean, structured and fast device cabling.

 

Unlike fixed fan-out cables, the patch panel allows the use of arbitrarily long LC patch cables. In case of failure, these can be quickly and easily replaced without affecting the remaining fiber connections – a decisive advantage for reliable operation.
